Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur announced to give a Solar System For 130000 Families of the poor and deserving people of the province. He said that through this scheme, special attention will be given to people who are residents of merged areas. Free solar systems will be provided to 30 thousand poor families in these areas.
This is an important initiative of the Chief Minister to provide relief to the poor and deserving people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Through this, it will help to deal with electricity problems in low-income and remote areas.

Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has announced to extension of this scheme to 130,000 households, including 30,000 merged tribal districts. He has inaugurated the model design for the scheme. Under this project, a 2kv solar system will be provided to backward households which will meet the energy requirements of the consumers. This project is an important part of the wider efforts of Chief Minister KPK.
He has announced to provision of solar systems under this scheme in areas where access to electricity has become a major problem. Priority will given to most of the vulnerable settlements. So that the quality of life can improved by reducing the electricity burden on families.

An online application system for the KPK solarization scheme has been inaugurated. In this regard, a ceremony was held at the Chief Minister’s House in which Chief Minister KPK released the receipt of applications from poor families under this scheme. He also announced to increase in the number of beneficiaries under the scheme.
He said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, 30,000 more merged areas have been included, after which the total number of beneficiaries will 130,000.

About 30 thousand families belonging to poor and backward families will be able to get free solar systems.
One lakh middle-class people will be able to take up this scheme. Middle-class people will given solar systems in easy installments. While giving instructions to the authorities, he said that the down payment and monthly instalments of the solar system should kept to a minimum. So that poor people do not have to face problems to pay the instalments.

Beneficiaries under the KPK solarization scheme will be given solar system packages. This will include the solar system as well as its installation equipment and other basic equipment.
